
Here are some of the poses I learned during my Yoga Instructor Training. I wanted to write them down with my notes to remeber them.
Pasasana: full squat to twist, butt almost touches 1/2 inch
Laghuvajrasana: little thunderbolt, bent knee backbend
Supta Vajrasana
Bharadvajasana: bent knee, bind, twist
Ekapada Sirsasana: leg behind head, yoga mudra, bend forward
Yaganidrasana: yogic sleep. Both feet behind head like apillow, hands in yoga mudra.
Tittibhasana a,b,c, & d, Little water bird
Pincha Mayurasana: Feather of the Peacock. 3-point arm balance
Karandavasana: goose pose
Mayurasana: peacock reverse hand body balance
